Hope Africa South Sudan is a humanitarian National NGO registered by Relief and Rehabilitation
Commission, (RRC) under Chapter 3, Section 10 of NGOs Act 2016 with Reg. No 2341.It was
established by South Sudanese who felt the effects of the ongoing conflicts which resulted into
dire humanitarian needs to the vulnerable communities in South Sudan.
Hope Africa is striving for resilience and impacting lives through;-
- Ending GBV and child rights abuses through community learning support campaigns and advocacy
- Fighting Poverty
- Creating stronger communities with full focus on hunger free societies with the use of
- improved agricultural inputs and encourage modern farming
- Empowering children through the WASH programmes and SWASH
- Provision of scholastic materials, training of SMC, PTAs and teacher Education and
- development
- Creating awareness on Health-related issues including STDs and HIV/AIDS
- Offering entrepreneurship skills to youth and young women through TVET
- Providing general awareness and advocacy on child protection and GBV
- Promoting peace building and social cohesion initiatives in the communities that results
- into conflict mitigations and conflicts resolutions in their own stable communities
- Creating platforms that enable young people to interact peacefully in societies through
- the debates competitions, Public Lectures, football competitions, panel discussions and marathons
- Promoting General Education, Girl child Education advocacy campaigns
