Between 10th & 11th July 2025, we trained 25 members of the Peace Committees on Conflict Resolution, Community Dialogues, Mediations among others. The training was conducted with support from KOICA 지구촌체험관 in partnership with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) South Sudan.
During the two days training, participants were able to learn skills improving their roles towards fostering Social Cohesion and Peace in Jur River County, Western Bahr El Ghazal State.
After the training, Participants expressed readiness to showcase the learned skills to help improve Conflict Resolution, Management, Community Dialogues and Reporting.
The initiative is part of Building Peace Within: Strengthening Communal Peace and Cohesion in Jur River County, Western Bahr El Ghazal State.
