HASS has delivered education interventions including “Go Back to School” campaigns, inter-university debates, and community awareness initiatives across Northern and Western Bahr el Ghazal States, supported by private sector partners and VAD Foundation. The organization has also implemented school
WASH rehabilitation, including renovation of sanitation facilities at Madhol Primary School in Aweil East County in partnership with RACBO, improving learning environments for children. Emergency education support and radio-based learning campaigns have been implemented across multiple states to ensure continuity of learning in crisis-affected settings. Currently, HASS is
implementing a Multi-year Education and TVET programme supported by Save the Children International (SCI) in Renk, Malakal, and Juba, focusing on improved access to quality education, learning infrastructure, and youth skills development. Complementary programming includes informal education, life skills training, vocational skills development, and girl-child education advocacy.
